Lady Gaga Wears Hello Kitty

I can't believe after all this time away I am doing another bloody Lady gaga post, but she does seem to be involved in the most interesting photoshoots and I couldn't really leave out a post on this recent one to celebrate the 35th anniversary of Hello Kitty shot by photographers Markus Klinko and Indrani.

The set will be part of an exhibition in New York and LA, running from October 23rd to November 15th to celebrate the Hello Kitty brand.

Curated by Jamie Rivadeneira, owner of retailer JapanLA, the exhibition will feature a product retrospective, pop-up store and other special events. Over 80 artists, including Gary Basemen, Tara McPherson, Simone Legno, Ron English, Huck Gee, and Amanda Visell, will be exhibiting their takes on the iconic character.

I know most people will be into the Hello Kitty stuffed toy dress, but personally I am loving the top picture best.
