Unusual Art Mediums On My Modern Metropolis

I just saw this great post on My Modern Metropolis about ordinary things being turned into extraordinary art. The post features work by Juan Francisco Casas and Pantone who we have previously had on this blog, but also loads of other artist like Yuken Teruya who carves into paper bags and transforms them into miniature trees and others who work with found objects. I really love this style of line drawing and Paris based illustrator Mademoiselle Chat-Chat manages to combine it with a sense of personality. These girls look like people I want to know (i.e they're a little crazy) and I like that.
