Kristian Hammerstad - Illustrator

Kristian Hammerstad's work is really cool. He comes from Oslo in Norway, which seems to be full of talented and creative people. His horror style pop-culture themed pieces have real impact without loosing any of the impressive detail. They sort of make me smile too, I love the kitsch morbidity of them all.

Illustrator Esra Roise

Esra Roise is a freelance illustrator from Norway, currently studying for a bachelors degree in Visual Communications at the National Academy of the Arts in Oslo. She has already worked for Nylon, Vice and Celeste magazine amongst others – I am so so jealous.

Anti Design

Ok, so I spent most of today playing 'Hula Hoop Conkers' (figure it out) so this post is a bit late...but it is so worth it. Look at this:





Gasp! Oooouuu arrrr it be amazing. It is the work of Norwegian design agency 'Anti' and basically they do it all in terms of design. The work they put out there is so diverse but of such a collective high standard (and generally all equally amazing and edgy and new and exciting and sick inducingly jealous making).

UPDATE: A anonymous commenter has just brought to my attention that pictures 3, 4 and 5 were produced at an agency called Bleed. Everything I found was in the Anti Design portfolio here. So it is probs best to check it out for yourselves. :D Either way it is amazing work right?
