Unusual Art Mediums On My Modern Metropolis

I just saw this great post on My Modern Metropolis about ordinary things being turned into extraordinary art. The post features work by Juan Francisco Casas and Pantone who we have previously had on this blog, but also loads of other artist like Yuken Teruya who carves into paper bags and transforms them into miniature trees and others who work with found objects. The Basheer Graphic Book agency has built this amazing Pantone Rainbow, in celebration of the colour agencies work. It spans 8 meters and is made up from 5,000 different colours, how cool is that? It must have taken ages.
