I LOVE these!!! Jessica Stam and Lily Cole are perfect as sort of long forgotten, old lady mannequins in this shoot entitled 'Spent' for the latest issue of Pop Magazine. The story was styled by Vanessa Reid with Marc Lopez working pure genius on the hair (I <3 you wigs!!). Photographer Paolo Roversi manages to create an almost strip lighting effect that sets the mood perfectly and creates a completely different tone from his usual work. I love the rolled down stockings and am planning my old bag lady outfit for tomorrow.

Ok so this shoot isn't new, infact it's ooooold. But I have had it on my computer for ages because I love it so I decided whatever I'll share it. The story, originally in W, is called 'A Boy Named Sue' and is photographed by Craig McDean. Some might say Jessica Stam looks a bit wooden because she is basically doing the same facial expression in every shot. But that's kinda what I love about it. It ads to the slack jawed, small town feel and her eyebrows are immense!
