Conny Dreher - Illustrator

Conny Dreher was born in West Berlin and studied fashion design and textiles at ESMOD. After working as a designer for 3 years at Mustang Jeans, she then had her work displayed at the Berliner Liste Fair for contemporary Art, held at Gallerie Hermann & Wagner.

She has recently decided to focus more on her illustration work, which fuses collage, hand drawing and photography.

It kind of reminds me of stuff from Kaws, especially the last image, which uses his trademark Mickey Mouse gloves.

Look! Even MORE Kaws! He is featured almost as much as bloody Lady Gaga on this blog, but then I do love complex and they do seem to have a bit of an obsession with him. The latest Original Fake 4-Foot Dissected Companion has now been officially announced! It was shipped in very limited (15!) supplies to the Tokyo store last Saturday, which means the release for everywhere else isn't far away -rumours are it's early September!
