Ben Briand - Director

Australian film maker Ben Briand recently won the Cannes Young Director Award an his short film Apricot was voted Best Narrative film at the Vimeo Awards 2010.

Briand's work often deals with the idea of memory and identity and to me his films are like a fashion editorial brought to life. His amazing use of depth of field and beautiful lighting techniques work to create stunning moments captured in time, that are both engaging and inspiring.

What The Average Woman Looks Like In Every Country

According to Faces Of Tomorrow and artist Mike Mike; this is what the average woman in every country looks like...although personally I think that should be what the average woman would look like if she was a total hottie and never ate crisps.

Mike Mike's project combines hundreds of photographs of the faces of women from various places, in an attempt to highlight the faces “average” features, country by country.
