Lily Allen For Vogue UK September

It seems like the same few people are just appearing every magazine cover in rotation. After gracing the cover of i-D Magazine last month, Lily Allen is on the front of Elle Uk's October issue. Actually looking really gorgeous, the blonde wig kinda works too. I'm not too sure about the thumb sucking, but Elle seem to like their celebrities to shove their hands in their mouths...not too sure why, maybe to shut them up.
