Artist - Meggs

Meggs is a graffiti artist from Melbourne, Australia who's work is heavily influenced by a love of cartoons, comics, skateboarding and graphic design.

Part of the Everfresh Studio, a unique collective of street artists, his instantly recognisable style of work, full of complex stencil images and paste-ups, explores themes of inner demons and duality through energetic depictions of heroes, villains, and subverted collages of pop culture.

I love his ability to achieve a bold comic book style through textured strokes and lines, something which I think elevates his work above that of just another graphic street artist.
