Biking Rules Competition
Biking Rules has just launched a new PSA competition to come up with a creative public service ad around the theme of either the Biking Rules Street Code or Why Biking Rules.
The ads must promote bicycling or the public image of cyclists and can be still images including photography, poster art, graphic design and illustrations or videos including narratives, documentaries, animations, and any other moving image.
The winning film will be screened at a film festival in New York and prizes include up to $4,000 and a new Kona bike. All entrants will receive a Cycling Commuter kit.
