Lucy McRae for Robyn's 'Body Talk'

Roybn is a bit of a guilty pleasure for me. So I was really excited to see she had teamed up with Lucy McRae of Lucy & Bart for the artwork of the three releases from her Body Talk album.

Australian artist Lucy McRae art directed the three covers, as well as the Indestructible video in which 1.2 kilometres of transparent plumbing tubing, with 40 litres of glycerol pumping through it, are knitted together with fishing wire around Robyn. The making of it shows just how much work went into what looks like a simply beautiful video.

Man! Do I LOVE LucyandBart , a collaboration between Lucy McRae and Bart Hess. There work is so theatrical and beautiful and the shapes they manage to create are incredible, touching on impossible.
